

An all encompassing youth training program designed to develop a strong physical and mental foundation for youth of all fitness levels, ages 10 - 16.
Each personalized program will emphasize speed, strength, agility, core stability, endurance, self-esteem and an understanding of the role nutrition plays in physical performance.
Class formats will be personalized to meet the specific needs of the individual as well as offering basic fitness fundamentals that are transferable to any sport.
This is a great program for athletes who want to develop their core strength and stamina or for kids who just want to be more fit, agile and strong. We will focus on mind, body, and spirit! We will build the whole person, including self-esteem and character.
This program is fun and tough at the same time. None of the formats are repeated twice and are individually tailored to provide maximum development. Participants will need to bring a Swiss Exercise Ball and a Resistance Band with Handles. Please come to class dressed in workout clothes
Personal trainer and fitness coach Mary Tobiason will head up this program. She has over 20 years of fitness training and coaching experience, and has headed up many YMCA programs. Mary has had her own training business for 10 years and currently coaches at Endure It Multisport.
