

This program is designed to be a fun, non-intimidating class for men
and women, ages 16 and up who want to improve their fitness level. A combination of strength, cardiovascular, and core exercises will be utilized to give participants a great full body workout. Exercises will be modified to accommodate participants' varying abilities. Information will be given about making healthy lifestyle changes including nutrition and exercise.
The instructor is Donna Anderson, personal trainer and owner of Donna's Home Fitness in south Naperville. Donna has a bachelor's and master's degree in the fitness fields and has been a coach and personal trainer for 18 years.
